HOTEL CLEANING & MAINTENANCE STAFF

Working in hotel maintenance, you are responsible for keeping the hotel maintained and fixing any errors that are needed. This can include putting in new carpets in guest rooms, repairing holes in walls, changing settings on cooling and heating equipment, putting new light bulbs in the hotel's outdoor lamps and performing general cleaning tasks inside and outside the hotel's building. Other hotel maintenance duties and responsibilities include repainting walls, fixing broken furniture, fixing minor electrical issues and making faucets stop leaking. You can expect physically demanding work that includes using tools and equipment and moving around much of the day, including having to climb ladders, lift heavy items and crawl in tight spaces when necessary.

FORKLIFT OPERATORS

Forklift Operator to move materials and packages around our facilities. You will be operating the forklift with utmost care to ensuring safety and efficiency in our storage facilities and warehouses. You will be responsible for loading and unloading materials from industrial trucks. As a Forklift Operator, your duties and responsibilities will include driving around storage spaces, warehouses, and other storage facilities. As per the production schedule, you will be expected to be the stated department for moving the goods.

    Your day-to-day tasks will include -
  • Collecting the desired goods
  • Loading them into the vehicles
  • Shipping them to the stated destination

OFFICE CLEANERS

Packagers are responsible for cleaning packaging materials, loading items into containers, and weighing and labeling the items appropriately. They also perform final checks for defective items, ensure all working items make it to the loading area or inventory, and keep detailed records of materials and shipments.

Packager Responsibilities:

  • Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment or storage.
  • Follow all company guidelines regarding packaging.
  • Identify and dispose of defective items.
  • Properly use packaging materials, including hand tools, glues, nails, padding, etc.
  • Keep complete records of all materials that go through the warehouse.
  • Maintain a clean work area.

TRANSPORTATION AND MOVERS

Mover responsibilities include loading and unloading furniture from our moving trucks and ensuring that all items are moved undamaged. Ultimately, you will work with a team of other Movers to pack and unpack client homes while following all established procedures and protecting the furniture and other home goods from damage.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and set-up furniture inside client homes, as required or requested.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from clients in a professional manner.
  • Collect furniture from residential or commercial locations.
  • Protect all donated furniture from damage through established best practices.

RECEPTIONIST/HELP DESK STAFF

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role.

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.

A warehouse picker is a professional in the logistics field mainly tasked with pulling all the products that make up an order and consolidating it for shipment.
